Having so many Certificates, degrees, etc. means very little over the years as I learned first hand from various team members and colleagues in the industry.  I can't count how many I have with my 20+ years experience. Some are so old it's embarrassing yet it was the foundation of all things IT. What matters most is a "can do, willing to learn", "positive, passionate" and "experienced" personality.
